Charles Street Tap

We are the 'Queens of Craft', Home of award winning cabaret, craft beers and incredible gins right here in the heart of Brighton's Gay Village. Open daily from 10am for breakfast. We are really quite proud of our food. Charles Street Tap has been a staple of gay Brighton for around 20 years, and underwent a major refurbishment a few years ago. The bar calls itself 'The Queen of Craft', nodding to their array of craft beers and rare gins. Like many queer venues, cabaret is at the heart of the entertainment, but there are also DJ nights, drag bingo and quizzes to keep you on your tippy toes following a fill of their fresh stone-baked pizzas.

Two toilets downstairs, one labelled butch the other femme. The femme toilet has 3 cubicles. There is a separate disabled toilet on the ground floor.
